MeshBox Biweekly Report (2021.06.26–2021.07.09)

MeshBox is working with its American hardware partner to offer a HyperMesh solution in response to the need for communication solution at the RV/camping site in New York State. The project is targeted to create a Value Internet HyperMesh Infrastructure demonstration.

In planning for cross-chain application and building an edge-computing platform for IoT, the technical team are exploring key features for cross-chain applications for IoT projects.  Reviewed processes in the interaction between the Spectrum main-chain, Mesh side-blockchains, Atmosphere cross-chain, and smart contract function calls in edge-computing applications.

Software Development

1. Conducted research on WiFi6 wireless network cards and SoC chipsets, in preparing for MeshBox upgrade to WiFi6.

2. Studied drivers of ath11k in preparing for MeshBox migration to ath11k wireless network cards.

Hardware

Coordinated with supply chain manufacturers for both MeshBox Maxwell and Tesla products so as to prepare for MeshBox production.

The specific work of marketing and business development is as follows:

  1. This week, Henry, the advisor of MeshBox Foundation was invited by his partner Qudoor Inc to participate in its product launch conference. Qudoor demonstrated its quantum computing and quantum communication device at the press conference.

Qudoor, SmartMesh and MeshBox will carry out joint R&D collaboration in quantum communication and quantum blockchain.

The picture below shows some of Qudoor’s quantum communication and quantum computing products. MeshBox and Qudoor are partners in the Space Origin Cooperative Program.
