MeshBox Foundation is planning to participate in the TechInnovation 2021 event on 28-30 September, organized by the IPI Singapore, a subsidiary of Enterprise Singapore. MeshBox will present its technology to an international audience, many of whom are seeking for technologies to solve their business issues.
Currently, MeshBox, and ecosystem partner SmartMesh are discussing the course detail of the second “LIVING LAB” workshop with the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). The proposed workshop will be expanded from last year’s successful event to include both business and technical tracks. The objective of the workshops is to cultivate blockchain talent and promote the development and application of blockchain technology, as well as the SmartMesh/MeshBox ecosystem.
The following are our recent works:
Software Development
- Researched on IoT gateway and OpenRAN so as to deploy MeshBox for IoT and 5G network coverage;
- Compiled Spectrurm and Photon for Raspberry Pi 4B version. Conducted tests on Raspberry Pi 4B;
- Studied Golang compilation environment for IPQ6010 and compiled gcc runtime environment for IPQ6010 platform
Hardware
- Conducted supplementary research on chip market, discussed and created plans for hardware procurement in response to market and business development;
- MeshBox++ outdoor units were delivered by our USA equipment partner. Conducted acceptance and basic testing;
- Performed simple synchronization test for Spectrum on Raspberry Pi 4B hardware. Further investigated hardware configuration in preparation for implementing Spectrum and Photon payment platform on such hardware;
- Prepared signing of purchase and sales agreement with MeshBox-Tesla manufacturer;
- Explored more ODM relationship with domestic and international manufacturers, so as to increase production speed for MeshBox production via third parties.
- Analyzed various token economy models
- Considered the design of incentive mechanisms for Photon operating on network devices.
