MeshBox Biweekly Report (2022.07.24–2022.08.05)

After the Singapore Global Web3 Summit, a number of companies and investment institutions invited MeshBox

consultant Henry Wang and SmartMesh vice president Soh Har to conduct company visits in Singapore. For the past two weeks, Henry and Soh Har have had various fruitful meetings with these potential partners such as those related to telecom hardware, storage services, payment gateways and services, stablecoin issuers, investment institutions, etc., to enrich the ecosystem products and blockchain. During the visit, Soh Har demonstrated the mesh networking and offline payment functions via MeshBox several times. Many Web2 businesses face data privacy challenges and are also constrained by deployments by telecom service providers to expand their reach into new areas and geographies. The progress of these collaborations and partner brands will be announced.

The Web3 technology brought by the SmartMesh ecosystem removes limitations, achieving the goal that user data is completely owned by the user and protected by encryption keys. In the spirit of openness and inclusion, MeshBox will continue to explore and partner with interested hardware and service providers to connect the unconnected and bring inclusive communications and finance to the underserved.

Recently, Dr. Peter, the CEO of MeshBox in Singapore, Mr. Henry Wang, the consultant, and Ms. Soh Har, the operation director of the ecological project MetaLife, had a talk with Julie Wang Zheng, the first female pilot in China to fly around the world. We are discussing the creation of a collection of NFT works commemorating Julie’s historic flight on Open Galaxy, MetaLife’s NFT marketplace.

Julie departed from Addison (Dallas), Texas, USA on August 17, 2016, and completed the circumnavigation (over 33 days) in Addison on September 19, 2016. Coincidentally, Dallas, Texas is where MeshBox CEO Dr. Peter lives.
