This week, MeshBox consultants Professor David Li Guoquan and Henry were invited to attend the dinner of the 66th Annual Meeting of the Singapore Economic Association. Professor Lee and Henry exchanged cordially with Goh Chok Tong, the second Prime Minister of Singapore at the dinner. Professor David Li Guoquan is the vice chairman of the Singapore Economic Association. He introduced to Prime Minister Wu the significance of the SmartMesh, MeshBox, and MetaLife ecosystem to the next generation of Internet deployment and global financial inclusion.
- Completed the PoM side chain source PoM contract MESH reward distribution function;
- Integrated the PoM contract configuration into the PoM sidechain genesis.json genesis file;
- Integrated PoM side chain miner to call PoM contract to distribute PoM-related reward logic;
- Upgraded the configuration script of hostpad and fixed parameter errors related to MeshBox wireless;
- Transplanted the Mac80211 performance and security patches to the MeshBox system to improve the wireless-related performance and security of the MeshBox.

In the early 1990s, the Singapore government began promoting the Internet under Prime Minister Goh’s leadership. As of 2005, more than one-third of Singapore’s population had access to the Internet. Today, Singapore has become a driving center for the development of the world’s financial technology and the Internet of Value.

- MeshBox CEO Peter was invited to attend the Open Galaxy membership card online introduction AMA event held by MetaLife. As the user-oriented interface community of SmartMesh and MeshBox ecosystem, the number of MetaLife application downloads has increased dramatically, and those who want to participate in investment have also contacted the MetaLife project party. At present, the project party is screening qualified investors. It is hoped that the limited share of tokens can be financed not only by funds but also by other value-add resources to support the healthy development of the project.
- Today, Dr. Peter, CEO of MeshBox, had an online meeting with Prof. Yousefi from Mawoud School in Kabul, Afghanistan. Mawoud School is a high school that teaches children, especially girls, to prepare for college. The session discussed the creation of MetaLife-based NFTs from children’s artwork to help raise funds for basic necessities and girls’ education.
Malnourished children have flooded hospitals in Kabul in recent months, and more than half the population has faced food insecurity, according to the United Nations. The session also discussed deploying MeshBoxes to create a WiFi mesh network that supports the MetaLife social network, enabling teacher-student education, even with poor internet signal and power outages.
